The Protea : South Africa National flower

The Protea is South Africa's national flower and protected by South African Law, however with the informal migration with people, its natural habitat get disturbed and with the migration follow pollution. I foresee that in the near future, this beautiful flower will only be seen in our parks in the Western Cape. It is not common for poachers to cut these flowers illegally and try to sell it especially to tourist.
