Boy in need : Lubbe foundation

This morning while I was cleaning my car, a young boy came to me and asked me for something to eat. After enquiring I found that he was a 15 yo homeless boy sleeping on the street I felt sorry for the boy and we agreed upon that if he finish helping me cleaning my car and carry some boxes with toys for children to my garage I would help him. We talked about many things and also the Lubbe Foundation and what I aim with it. Well all and all was over within two hours. I gave him R50 and he left with tears of appreciation in his eyes. After a while I left to pay an account. When ariving at home the neighbour called me and said that the young boy he saw me with earlier left two tins of bake beans with him and said I must give it to the Lubbe Foundation. He also mentioned that knowing the story when my neigbour and I talked this morning he asked the boy to help him moving some tools in his back yard he also gave him something. I then realised what a difference it made by just talking to him and that he that has nothing was willing to help and that nobody can imagine the difference one can make in anothers life with small things. This makes the effort of letting the Lubbe Foundation worth while.
