What did the world come to and where can one put humanity.

Today the 10th of July 2014 I am going to the funeral of my late mother. I am at peace with her passing away and thankful for what she and my late father teached us. To be willing to go the extra mile in what ever one do. She was in my eyes an angel for many and never expected anything back in life however she did not have a life of luxury and was depending on a mere $100 grant per month to cover living expenses, but still she took from her own and shared with people that was in need. I admired her and with that I have learned that none of this on earth will count the day I die. In 2010 I decided to start the Lubbe Foundation in honor of my parents and create a platform guided by my mother and her unselfishness. This I however had to stop for I did not get any support from anyone in South Africa, including the Government. Government wanted me to be more supportive to a certain group of people than other and then also everyone was aids orientated. My aim was the old, sick, young and nature.

This year I started publishing on my blog, which is not a platform for this, that I am thinking of starting it again. I received e mails all over the world in support and motivation and when I finally decided to continue a month ago and contacted everyone, no response. Why do we always want to criticises other and give an image about how we care and when it is time to be part of the solution, we withdraw without even taking in the benefit of the doubt.

I previously on request published what I need for the Lubbe Foundation to be a success for could not just copy and paste and would safe some time. Well many replied thank you and that is where it stopped. So my question is : Where did humanity stop? Why do we give millions all over the world to well fare organizations that spend more on salaries than giving to the people in need? Why do we only give if there is some advantage for us in it? Why do we give to people that does not really need it but just to maintain a living standard? Why do one ask if not willing to give? To all of the above, is it just for comfort that at least one attempted? I was told by my dad that one's word is your honor and if you cannot fulfill your word, don't give it. Then also he told me that remember if you try something and it did not work, it does not mean that you failed, it just meant that it was another attempt not working. At least you were one trying.

Therefore please and I beg you if you read this, do not get my hopes up by inquiring if you are not willing to help in my cause for I need to stay positive to honor my own promise to myself and let the Lubbe Foundation be a success and being able to honor my parents through it.
