The Lubbe Foundation progress. Worth reading and supporting

www.lubbefoundation.com

When thinking about what happened this past few days, I just get more exited about the Future of the Lubbe Foundation. I want to Welcome Anne Couzens (McGregor), Monica Mbonani (Secunda) and Mtisunge Luhanga (Johannesburg) to the Lubbe Foundation family. Non verified area’s hopefully soon to be appointed would be East Londen,  and Wynberg. Including the already areas covered it would be 8 places. We are also looking at relocating Anne to Strand to oversee National operations as soon as the Lubbe Foundation can afford it. The reason thereof is due to her years of experience in the Charity environment. Underneath is the contact details of  all Fundraiser Co-ordinators and I want to urge everyone to please share Fundraising Ideas and also to share successes with all. It is of utmost importance that we are totally transparent in all that we do so that our supporters know what is happening with donations and sponsorships.

With the current difficulties in the economic side, I am optimistic for there are many within the organisation and cause to be done. There are no doubt that we do have supporters with regards to items like clothing,  Aids to the mobility of the elderly and handicapped and other resources. However we should concentrate on the funding of the overhead costs, the Kibbuz project and the skills development project in the Strand. This would help in reaching our goal of sustainability and the sooner we can have these projects proof to be a success, we can continue to the expansion to other provinces / area. Neverless should we not forget that there is individual cases within our cause that needs attention and it is of importance that this should not be neglected.

One of the individual needs identified is a wheelchair for a cancer patient. The price of a wheelchair is enormous however thanks to a local company, I was assured that if they do know of one to be donated, we can have it. I hope to have good news soon.

I want to give every Supporter, Sponsor, Donor, Fundraiser, Fundraiser Co-ordinator and volunteer credit for the success of the Lubbe Foundation. One should see the Lubbe Foundation as an organisation that belongs to the people of South Africa for the People of South Africa until we can spread our wings to the International Market. The Organisation is only as good as the above mentioned people and cannot exist without them.

With this, I want to provide the contact details of the Fundraising Co-Ordinators / Representatives. This list will be updated frequently. For a more up to date list, one can visit our website on the contact page. If you need a lubbefoundation.com e mail address, one will be provided.

Please let us support each other and if we can help each other with guidance, let us do so.

Looking at Fundraising, we know it is a difficult task for people do not actually want or trust Organisations anymore due to corruption and unethical behaviour. The only way to change that view is to proof that we are honorable in whatever we do. It is also proofed that having friends and family supporting one, one do succeed in whatever one do set out to do. Hereby I want to place attention to family values. Let us proof to South Africa that we are a success and we are here to stay and make a difference.

GOD BLESS

People with Greed and double standards : Shame on us

Well recently I thought with the Lubbe Foundation being put on the map that I would find good hearted people. Well I  was wrong for up till now I mostly just met opportunist, self centered people, greedy people and not even talking about most religious institutions that are just in for the money. It is sad for I now can see why the world is what it is. It is full of people that do not care. Maybe having all these disasters is not a bad thing for it helps where people fail other. Please delete me from your contact list for this page will from now on only be a platform that are willing to support the Lubbe Foundation and for people that care. One thing for certain is that I cannot count on churches for help because up till now I have contacted over 4000 without success and all is the same, in for the money.

People blame governments for poverty, due to corruption but I have realized that the there is no distinction between them and most of the people I engaged with. Greed is all that they have and nothing else. If there is still people with a heart, you can visit the website at www.lubbefoundation.com otherwise ignore it for I will delete all that do not support the foundation. Do not have time for selfishness and people calling themself Christians but do nothing to help other. Us being humans should be ashamed of ourselfs.

LUBBE FOUNDATION : NEEDS AND UPDATE

Currently with the setup of the network in South Africa, we urgently need funds. We have 3 issues to address. To setup offices with storage space in Strand will cost us an estimate of $50 000 and that will cover everything for the comming year. Neverless do we also need funds for stationary printing that would cost us an estimate of $700.

Two other projects that we started is called "Christmas with a smile" These projects include 7 identified hospitals and 7 oldage homes where we want to deliver presents for children and the elderly just before Christmas. For the children, we do need soft toy donations and the elderly, gift packs of a small soap, Facial cloth and something else they can use. Gift wrap will also be appreciated. For more info, please contact me at lubbefoundation@telkomsa.net also visit our website at www.lubbefoundation.com

God Bless
